Enfys Icon Packs (digital downloads)

About these conditions

These conditions apply when you purchase and download any Enfys icon pack from Enfys Pty Ltd (“Enfys”, “we”, “us”), including the Enfys CHC Ability Icons, the Enfys Report Section Icons, and any other icon packs we release. By completing your purchase, you agree to these conditions.

We have written these conditions in plain language so they are easy to follow. If anything is unclear, please contact us before you buy.

What you are buying

Each Enfys icon pack is a set of digital image files (SVG, PNG and PDF formats) designed to support communication in psychological and psychoeducational reports and related materials. You are buying a licence to use the files in the pack or packs you purchase. You are not buying the copyright or the artwork itself.

Your licence

Your purchase gives you a single-user licence. This licence is:

• Personal to you. It covers one practitioner and cannot be transferred, shared or on-sold.

• Non-exclusive. Other practitioners may also purchase and use the same materials.

• Ongoing. It does not expire while you comply with these conditions.

If you would like to license the icons for a whole practice, team or organisation, contact us for a practice licence.

What you can do

Under your licence, you may:

• Use the icons in your own clinical work, including assessment reports, feedback sessions, and handouts for your own clients and their families.

• Use the icons in presentations, training and supervision that you deliver yourself.

• Print the icons for use in your own practice.

• Resize the images to suit your documents.

• Store the files on your own devices and your practice's secure internal storage.

Enfys branding must stay on the icons

The icons are supplied with the Enfys logo and copyright notice built in. Every use of the icons, including in reports, handouts, presentations and printed materials, must include this branding exactly as supplied.

You must not remove, crop, cover, blur or edit out the logo or copyright notice, and you must not display the icons in a way that hides them. If the branding cannot be shown, the icons cannot be used.

What you cannot do

You may not:

Sell, licence, give away or otherwise distribute the files to anyone else, in original or modified form.
Share the files with colleagues, on shared drives outside your own practice, in online groups, or on file-sharing platforms. Each practitioner needs their own licence.
Remove, crop, hide or alter the Enfys logo or the copyright notice on the icons (you may delete the title of the icon if preferred, but the Enfys Logo and name must remain).
Include the icons in any product, template, resource or course that is sold, licensed or given away, whether free or paid.
Publish the icons on a public website or social media as standalone images.
Claim the icons as your own work.
Use the files to train, fine-tune or otherwise develop any artificial intelligence model or dataset.

Intellectual property and ownership

The Enfys icon packs, including the artwork, layout and design, belong to Enfys Pty Ltd. Enfys claims copyright and all other intellectual property rights in the icons to the fullest extent they exist.

Whether or not a particular right applies, your use of the icons is governed by these conditions. You agree to them as a condition of purchase, and all permissions not expressly granted to you are reserved to Enfys.

The Enfys name, logo and tree device are the property of Enfys Pty Ltd and may not be used without our written permission.

Refunds

Because the icons are a digital download, we cannot take them back once they have been delivered. For this reason, we do not offer refunds if you change your mind. Please check the product description and preview images carefully before you buy.

Nothing in these conditions removes your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. If the files are faulty, not as described, or do not do what they should, you are entitled to a remedy. Contact us and we will make it right.

Consumer guarantees and liability

The icons are illustrative graphics designed to support communication about assessment results. They are not a substitute for professional judgement, and we make no claims about clinical outcomes from their use.

To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim relating to the icons is limited to the price you paid for them. This limit does not apply to any liability that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.

Ending the licence

If you breach these conditions and do not fix the breach after we ask you to, we may end your licence. If your licence ends, you must delete all copies of the files and stop using them.

Changes to these conditions

We may update these conditions from time to time. The version that applies to your purchase is the version published on our website at the time you buy.
